Welcome to RepCity ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

Employers are solely responsible for their job postings on RepCity. We do not guarantee the validity of a job offer and caution candidates to verify the validity of a job offer before taking any adverse action regarding their current employment situations. Candidates are solely responsible for their applications and the information contained therein.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Posting false or misleading information.
• Interfering with security-related features of the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RepCity and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

In no event shall RepCity, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
